Shipping policy

DUE TO COVID-19, USPS AND UPS GUARANTEED SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED FOR ALL SERVICES. DELAYS MAY OCCUR AND ARE OUTSIDE MELANATED LEGEND'S CONTROL.

Allow up to 2-7 business days for processing.  Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences. These products are: mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, stickers, jewelry, bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Idaho within 2-7 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
